ELLIOTT COUNTY ENDOWMENT FUND

The mission of the Elliott County Endowment Fund at the Foundation for the Tri-State Community is to improve the quality of life in our community by raising, encouraging, administering and distributing gifts for charitable, cultural, educational and scientific purposes. The Foundation seeks to respond to a wide variety of needs in the community by distributing grants from its Elliott County Endowment Fund.

The amount and number of projects which will be recognized in any one year shall be determined by the Fund’s Advisory Committee.  It is specifically understood that more than one eligible project may be funded in any given year if the Advisory Committee so elects.

 Project award rules:

  1. All applications must be submitted on or before March 18, 2022 to the Foundation’s offices.
  2. The Advisory Committee will make their recommendations for the award(s) by March.
  3. The award recipient shall submit a written final report informing the Advisory Committee and the Foundation on the progress of the project, followed by an optional on-site visit.
